根據1952年《移民與國籍法》修正案條中第214(b)段規定，要獲得赴美商務的簽證。申請人必須證明以下幾點目的和完成以下程式： 1、證明申請人短期單獨進入美國的目的僅為短期商務活動； 2、有合理的商務目的（參加展覽或會議，或與客戶洽談業務）； 3、有足夠經濟能力支付申請人在美國期間所需費用； 4、在國外有不可放棄的居住權；
