工作假期之發問

大家好, 我是香港女生 剛剛領事館已初步批核了我工作假期的申請, 要求我提交來回機票及保險, 領事館給我的最遲抵韓日期是今年10月22日. 而10月22日我可如期出發, 但恰巧家中有事, 但只能逗留數天, 未能申辦”外國人登錄證”. 我最快再返抵韓國大概於明年三月, 直至我工作假期完結. 現想問如我於明年三月返韓國才申辦”外國人登錄證”, 可以嗎?
