[問題] 手機退換貨

在6/22續約買了手機，在昨天突然使用一半時，出現未插sim卡，重開機也一樣，反複開機幾次才正常，原以為是台製電池的問題，沒想到換原廠電池，今天還是出現同樣問題，請問，我可以要求店家直接換新機還是還要送原廠評估後再說？不然可以補差額換別品牌嗎？有人同樣經驗嗎？
