到底巴黎民宿訂金及付款有無準則

各位先進， 請問我的法國民宿房東要求我用新台幣預付房租，匯率以我訂房日當日歐元兑新台幣，再加1歐元計算，還說這是外國民宿訂房慣例，請問各位大大碰過嗎？
