請問日航東京住宿費

因為利木津與JCB合作，刷JCB滿5萬日圓可以免費換回程券 我現在住日航東京，checkin時問能否先刷卡付房價，方便我們明天拿簽單到JCB中心換回程車票，小姐說不行，只能退房時刷卡 真的嗎？因為我英文的表達不是很好，怕小姐誤會我的意思。 謝謝
